Hey, im not sure where i should post this, but i need help with setting up a forum with a program.

I have a vBulletin, i dont feel like paying monthly/yearly for the web hosting service though. If anyone knows a free website that can let me host vBulletin for free, please post back! Thank you.

(Looking for staff if it works)

I actually tried 000webhost, they took the first one down immeditatly, the second time i tried it was up for about 3 monthes, then it got removed. And no i didnt pay for it, its nulled. It's licensed though.
