This is why you should stick with PS3. They did the same EXACT shit to me when I had an XBox, got my account unbanned, bought points, and they banned it again. I know no one hacked it because my passwords are ridiculous.

I had an issue with them years ago when I got RROD on my first xbox,
they gave me a new xbox, but when I put my hard drive onto the new one they sent,
None of my saved shit was reading, and I couldn't sign in to Xbox live,
I called customer support and gave them my Live ID so they could fix the issue,
and they said my account didn't exist.. the same account I had for like 6 years.
