I don't think it is. Nico was a little quick to tag and lock the thread. He unlocked it after I pm'd him, but the tag's still there. Try it, it should work.

Are you adjusting your resolution first?
Here are the steps:
1. Open mail box outside of Inn
2. Run Mail Grabber as admin
3. While both mail box and Mail Grabber are up, reduce resolution in windowed mode to something smaller than originally
4. Revert back to full res/full screen
5. Run grabber
Note: If you accidentally closed your mail box, you'll have to close the grabber and repeat all the steps again...

Hmm, didn't use it after the last patch so maybe. Post a screen shot so it can be verified.
