Cant jump :(

Hey guys today i just logged in and for some reason im not able to just iv restarted my comp restarted MPGH pub hacks and combatarms and i still cant jump. Anyone no what cant fix it or is it the hacks? please help if u no the answer

Control setting and sometimes when I use teh hack, it just stops for a sec and then it starts again. otherwise idk
