SinInject Not Loading Hacks

I have all the, "hacks" and such but no matter if I put them in my bin, cfg, or en-US folder SinInject refuses to recongize them. The only thing it accepts it Vindictus.
Where am I messing up???

They have to be in sinject's folder.
