the layout is pretty good but you need to better learn the tools in photoshop.
theres plenty of tutorials online if you're interested, just go google for them.

but like I said the layout/design is good. the graphics themselves just need to be better bled to the texture.

also dont do the whole tip yellow, just the part that is wider.
