Try using CCleaner
[Click on the Word or Click Here to Download]
Use it to Clean up your Internet files,
Then go to the Registry Tab on the side and Make sure all the boxes are Checked then run the Registry fix .

yup. Turned admin to visible made it my main deleted my other account. so I have it as admin and i always run as admin anyways
That's weird, you don't have anything to block it from being used.
