What happens is the boat cutscene doesn't skip, and when the boat scene finally does finish, my guy just stands behind the giant ice chunk not doing anything. And i'm not transforming into Paladin either. =/

are you using a console? Have you bound all the actions to keys?
is your game running in FULLSCREEN mode (not the custom fullscreen option, but the first fullscreen option.)

yeah, that is just one of the things that you'll have to do manually. A few of the dungeons that have those cinematic skips etc. cause that, and it's just an occasional problem.

yes...about irukul, and some others...You see, the thing is that we use a secret (to some, to those that KNOW what it is please do NOT reveal it) method to get instances like irukul to work. In doing these, some systems hang, some freeze the game, some computers freeze, and some work. And even when some of them work, it doesn't trigger the dungeon COMPLETELY right because of hard drive read times, and you have to move around a bit to get the boss to "spawn" at the end of the cinematic (for irukul that'd be why he doesn't show up in that small room, and you have to run around a bit.)
Due to the limitations of each individual users hardware, and this being the ONLY method to get things like this to work...well, how to say this...there's no way around it.
If I were you, I would recommend what most logical persons are doing (no offense when I say that because I have a habit of doing the illogical mysself - I mean, honestly, who tests files on a hard drive that's filled with viruses :P )
set the games settings to the absolute lowest on EVERYTHING including resolution (this would be done in botting by changing your desktop resolution lower.)

Roughly two days ago I donated to sin bot and already emailed the appropriate people about it however no one has got in touch with me for the donators version how long does it usually take anyone know?

I donated on Sept 29 and i havent gotten mine yet so i would assume longer than that i guess. lol

You'll have to be patient and wait on me to verify that through Zaiakunokami via text messaging, and skype, etc. He doesn't answer his phone sometimes, and he's rarely online at all, that's why I'm handling donations, etc. and telling people to use the one that's in MY signature so that i can verify them for you.
If you donated to zaia's old one that's IN the bot, then you're just going to have to be patient, as although my methods of getting ahold of him are more personal, they're still not guaranteed.
