Do i need to unistall CF NA so i can use CF EU?

"CF NA" and CF EU are two completely different games by two different publishers. They don't mess with each other and most likely never will in the future.

CF EU and CF NA are basically two different games. Nothing will happen. You can have as many other CF Versions as you'd like.
