CoD XP is actually a copy of Blizzcon. Only difference is it's strictly about CoD. So it'd be stupid for them to say that anything EA does is a copy of them, when they themselves copied other people.

Does it matter?

Yes but they are eons apart in terms of work ethic and demographic. Blizzard pretty much has free reign when it comes to there games, with Activision only handling the funding and distribution. Blizzard have been holding Blizzcon for years, long before Activision merged with them.
