Cant download version.ini
lol title says it all. i need help please so i can play CF. I already unistalled it and reinstalled it... still same error.

downlaod then in random the version.ini and place it into the cf folder?
So is this some kind of error? If so, give a screen shot of elaborate more on your problem. 
Open version.ini and update the version.
If it's version 8 do change it to 9.
If it's version 8 do change it to 9.
Try deleting your cf folder and then uninstall and re-installing your game and it should be fixed
