You can go to courses where they can teach you basic knowledge or advanced knowledge of any programming language

Coding is not hard but you need to really want to do it to remember the syntax of the application and other stuff, you will have to learn the computer and how memory works especially so you don't programs with memory leaks and stuff.
to fufill all your needs it takes about 6 Months. C++ and vb
