Hmm. Computer help?

So, my computer randomly is acting up to fullscreen games. No idea why. But in games like Oblivion, dead island, and other fullscreen games the graphics get blocky. And start to mess up looking really bad and sometimes unplayable. I was curious what could be the possible problem to this could be. Also, with Combat arms it randomly closes midgame.. like a few seconds into the game and just show's ending banner. Thanks in advance.

My comp specs:
ATI Radeon HD 6670
8gb Ram
3.3ghz Quad-Core Processor

6670 isn't really a gaming card.
But that shouldn't be the problem.

I know its not a gaming card. Im not done building my comp. But 1gb card should be sufficent for the games i do. =/

Let me rephrase that. Its completely built. Its a starter comp. I will be adding more to it as i get the money. And my gfx card is easily sufficent for any game i play. As it is i realize its something with my refresh rate. 60 is what i run most games at and my computer is supposed to be able to run 75. But i find 59 has been working better.

Try reinstalling Windows.
