sig making software?

what would the best sig making software be that i can get for free with a clean working keygen

photoshop cs4
got a clean working crack
go torrent it

i cant use cs4 until i get my new comp it wont let me install it on this comp i have now it dont have enough ram you need 1 GB i only have 756MB so i cant use cs4 -.-

i wanna get cs4, ill DL it later xP

i ran cs4 need like about ~256 ram for that
i got it installed on a laptop with 510mb ram

isn't there something other than photoshop? i forgot the name but it has all the same features, plus it's free.

i think msn ran an article about things that were overerated/underrated.

they did run an article... and paint.net is the program that is similar to photoshop cs4 free
