Fraps lag

Does anyone know how to fix fraps lag?
Normally in a game i have about 30-80 fps, and with fraps recording I get about 5-10.
I tried half size, I need sound, and I tried recording to another hard drive. Here are my system specs.

I guess there's some malware that's using your CPU/RAM

you can't just reformat while you have 400GB used space.

@ot try to put around 50 fps, then 100 (if you see any difference then ok)

but otherways get d.xtory (no .), i've bought it and its way better than fraps

Bring it to your local computer store and tell them whats wrong.

I've tried (D.)XTory, and it's not much better.
And I don't think I have any malware, because when nothing is running on my computer I am using about 4% CPU.
And I'm using GameBooster.

Gamebooster dosn't do shit.
Scan your computer.
Get more RAM
Delete useless shit
Put peanut butter on your motherboard(Optional)

Gamebooster helps in games for me,

Use a diff program than fraps.

but yeh d.xtory doesnt lag

and why the fk is d.xtory censored? /facpalm

Any idea where I can get a cracked version of it? I don't have money anyway.

It's the Integrated Graphics that's causing the Issue when you use fraps... Stop using Fraps on that Laptop...
