StunTime String?

I was looking for some feature to add in my multiclient and i saw this string StunTime..what does it do?

maybe its the stunt time when players are spawned :P im not sure though ... in that time no one can move or whatever

i think it's that thing of the stun grande that you cannot move cause you're confused or something

StunTime is InstandReSpawn or? idk really
