Run it as ADM, try do this three times or more.

If this method doesn't work for you, reinstall it completely and run CCleaner. And before you install it again, disable your AV (preferably you finish every opened programs).

It's caused because there is some sort of "conflict" between your anti virus and crossfire - maybe.

Update your anti virus, run in the crossfire directory which is located in C:\Program Files\Crossfire, and try from there.
1. Uninstall Cross Fire
2. Disable (turn off) your anti virus.
3. Download the newest version of the from Cross Fire - Free 2 Play Military Shooter
4. Install the game.
5. Turn your anti virus back on.
6. Add the Cross Fire folders to your exceptions within your anti virus program.
7. Run the game.
8. If your anti virus picks up the game as a false positive then it may have already modified the files. DO NOT QUARANTINE. The anti virus will remove and/or modify necessary game files and you will not be able to run the game.

I think you must change 2. point to Clean pc with Ccleaner... more useful than disable antivirus...
