SUGGESTION: Hacking/Coding Development

Well, since no new haX are coming out right now, I think APB Hacks should have a section on Hacking/Coding Development. It would teach so much of us noobs how to make a .dll and learn basic c++ so we wouldn't have to stop asking for hax(:

We have a section like that on MPGH
