Nope that don't work any more (steam web config shit)
To get a default CFG go completely out of steam.
On the desktop, select''start''and''run''
In''Run''type''regedit''then locate the appropriate folder in this order ::_____
-------- Regedit, HKEY current user, software, valve, source, cstrike, settings -----------
Here you can highlight all the values outside the top called default, and delete them with right click and delete.
Now when you start Steam and CSS again you get a completely fresh default config.
