So, I tried a Caesar shift of +3...
Zjd bpk jkt ljkeq CPI rjju omw
Then just for fun, I tried a Vigenere key of "YOUWINONEMONTHVIPGOODJOB" and to my surprise, it returned all Xs with the exception of one letter in the last word, returning xax.
So I tried YOUWINONEMONTHVIPGOODJLB and apparently that returns all Xs.
The vigenere key is Bvj fhx vxp zvxlj HHT lvvr fbv and entering that to decrypt Zjd bpk jkt ljkeq CPI rjju omw returns - "You win one month VIP good jlb."
Maybe a typo. But I THINK I'm correct. In fact, I'm pretty sure I am.

You got it. It was actually a caesar shift +1, and the final layer was the alphabet reversed.
