First book will help you get to know Visual Basic better.

Second book is an overview of Visual Studio itself. It's good to read through it and understand what each and everything means.

Basically I think you should get a good read through of all of them.

Good knowledge is good, and you'll have less questions to answer in the future.

For creating hacks, I think you should read all of them... It's not that I don't know, but you learn better from reading more.
