No because its not patched you need to get the patches for the game manually

all patches from the first to the last in order

If you torrent it, it does come with campaign and multiplayer.
If you have a keygen or cracked cd key you can play on private servers and if you want to play campaign you will need to get a cracked .exe for it to run.

^cracked exe comes with the torrent most of the time and no you cant play campaign

you can play cracked blackops on all server......
and its unbanable
