OutdatedVindictus ES Confirmed Locations (ABC Order)
Tutelary drops from The Evil One, got 5 in 3 weeks of raiding, so chance must be around 20% per run or so, pretty convenient.

I don't know if this thread is still relevant to post in for updating the list, but I recently obtained Tricky ES in Revived Fear Hero Mode.
I just got Sentinel and Force in the same run at Snowman Alert on Hero. That had to be the luckiest and weirdest thing I've seen in a while.
sentinel drops on Snowman Alert Hero as well, just got one
my friend got a sentinel from fleeing gnoll king hero
I know, first post and all, but I've gotten two chaos scrolls in one run from Proof of Courage, and none from fomorian order in quite a while of farming. I'd venture to say that one of those bosses's own mission would drop it too, but I don't know which boss's drops it came from.

but Chaos Enchant Scroll - Vindictus DB says that proof of courage is has a higher drop rate for the chaos es? hmmmm, but it doesnt say which boss drops it.
