its not a mod, its a lag glitch i had it the other day on an smp server, only you can see it its client sided and the dont do a hell of a lot, it generaly means theres water below

I was not!

I did not jump down anyone's throat, I just said that this was a mod... it's completely truthful and I didn't know that this could happen without the mod. You need to learn your facts before you say it isn't a mod, it is, but in this case there wasn't a mod used therefor we are both right, now everyone's happy.

no sir you are wrong in this case, it ISNT A MOD, the screenshot is of a client sided glitch in SMP that is not directly related to any mod, just cause you can get a mod for flying squids doesnt mean your right and im to lazy to check but im pretty sure i saw you saying it was a mod in caps and qouting someone..
