HELP !!!!!

They stole my account CROSSFIRE, then when I tried to get back into it to discover that she had been locked forever, please help me to recover them because I spent a lot of money on it.

Well, your account is never just stolen "they" must of been able to get a hold of your password.
I suggest that you run a virus scan on your computer, unless you tried using a ZP gen ect.
And send in a support ticket.
