Siggy Request¿

Hello, I am woundering if there is anyone around that is capable of making me a Siggy
If not perfectly fine... But if so... Just put Cody Hart on it and under it 11b420 with maybe a skull and some blood, background black, name Yellow or green... Don't really care just make it look cool...
