Get a paypal validate it using a free etrade acc thn go and make money via ad fly and app redeem (if u have it). Either tht or make friends with a code. All else fails learn to code yourself.
Sorry mate, looks like the only way you can obtain these VIP hacks is either paying for them or coding them yourself.
Of course, there are always way to get around obtaining money on the internet, such as joining advertisements sites and earning enough views to have money transferred to your paypal.
