seem some weapon or equipment cannot be craft because the required material need to be bought at Rocheste.
and EU version haven't open the Rocheste city yet...but u can go there by using console/bind command...

This may sound stupid but has anyone tried if the item spawning command works in the EU server, because it seems there's no other explanation right now.

- you don't have to vist rocheste
it's a game bug, this bug allow's you to switch your current episode (which is clientside)
EU is EP4, with the bug i can change it (for example) to EP9
when i do that, i activate all features of that episode, except serverside stuff, this allows you to acces
- unreleased recipes
- unreleased maps
- unreleased skills
but you cannot use any stuff, that isn't in your client,
example, EP11 allows you access to Karok, Karok Blaster and Kai, but you cannot get it, since it's missing in the client.
it should work on any server, since all clients use the same client/serverside database (heroes.db3)

Probably patched and they actually banned people who did this, so you don't want to do it and it's too late anyway.
