why does my sinject do this?

So When I go to use Sinject a message pops up saying i don't have permission to use it? why? i've tryed everything to get it to work and i'm having trouble finding out what i'm doing wrong, can someone please help me -.-"

Try running as an administrator or go into an administrator account. If that doesn't work then try searching the thread from where you got the injector and some people might have your answer.
