Obsolete PDB Files In Visual C++ Project
i down more sdk summer 2004 , sdk 2005 sdk 2008 august , sdk june 2010 and not work :/

error list.

c:\users\*****\documents\visual studio 2010\projects\*****\*****\d3d9 base\d3dfont.cpp : fatal error C1051: program database file, 'c:\users*****\documents\visual studio 2010\projects\*****\*****\d3d9 base\debug\vc100.pdb', has an obsolete format, delete it and recompile

Visual c++ 2010 SUCKS, use 2008 a lot better.
usually if you get this error then you would messed up in D3D9 Code.

'-' lol , i use one teory , remove vc100.pdb and vc100.pb and in (MSBuild project build output verbosity” from “Minimal” to “Diagnostic” (Tools->Options…->Projects and Solutions->Build and Run). And Work 100% Compiling O.O , Now Test Hack :P.

Uhm well, I got same erro in Visual C++ 2010, i used to use 2008, i download 2008 again inserted SDK and work fine!

You just had to delete the pdb files in the debug / release directories and re build the project. Was the instructions emitted by the compiler were that hard to understand ?
