How To Animate Textures?
I want to make an animated scope texture, but don't know how to animate it in Photoshop. Well, I know how to animate, but how would it work if the image is in a DTX format?

I don't think that's possible. animations its on LTB\LTA files not on ***
The only way you can do this is to use the airstrike model and even then it's a two frame animation so it will be awful.
