Where Diamond spawn
I think its between 19-1 feet of the ground, press F3 and if your mining see the Coordinate Y and you can mine diamonds at 19-1 feet on the ground, i also heard that diamond's hotspot is at 12 feet. Hope this helps

Diamond Ore can be found in veins of 1-10 blocks (sometimes even more if multiple veins happen to spawn together, and down to 1 if the block that was supposed to be diamond ore is occupied by a cavern, dungeon, lake etc.). Diamond only appears in the bottom 16 layers of the map
