Thats how I play by default....
don't really get what's so special about this and i actually think it's quite hard 2 play like that.
Set FOV to its highest. And get some Speed potions. Done.

FOV is Field of View
You can change it yourself in the options 
nitro + nitro + FOV = this
Field of view doesn't go this far
And this enhances speed by * 5
Also I've added a custom bar that whenever it's toggled, it'll be untoggled in 10 seconds and the bar will fill up =D
