Request for Making a keylogger

Ok is it possible to make a keylogger that would ignore combos of #'s longer then say 14 digits? also to have it only send the data to me from a few applications? (facebook, email, etc etc) and how would one make said keylogger if possible.

I see, search the general hacking section, there should be a keylogger there
