No there isn't. But you can join a contest that is on right now to get it

The only way to win a free premium account is by a user held contest. Here at mpgh, official contests approved by dave only give away VIP which is also a big price to win. For now, premium accounts can only be obtained by winning a user owned contest in which the user gives away a premium account or a gift code for one.

Free accounts can also be obtained through keylogging someone, check the general hacking section.
