Try going to different servers , don't download stuff while you're playing and if you got Wireless Internet lock it with a password .
Close background programmes, that use the internet. Make also sure that you aren´t downloading anything.

It should help reduce your ping a bit.
Also flush your dns by opening cmd and typing in ipconfig /flushdns
