Will these rank hacks get us VAC banned? I mean, does VAC really scan in Lobby, I thought it scans in-game, I am pretty sure that as long as we are in the first 1-2 prestige were fine, but is there any chance of getting banned? Also, is there a way to know if VAC is scanning on lobby? Thanks 
Uhhhh..... black ops i believe gets reported by users... IDK about mw3... but im sure rank hax won't get you banned... its a low chance.... if you get banned consider yourself unlucky.
VAC is on when you enter a server. 
Just use the rankhank at the menu, you should be good.

What about your stats though? If you edit your rank and don't have the xp/kills n shit to match. Does anyone notice?
