A way to boost any other kits is to do something very similar to assault boosting.
1) Start off assault boosting so you know what to do.
2) bring the kit of whatever class you wish to boost to said location.
3) Pick up the kit you wish to boost and kill the enemy with it.
4) Once the person next to you is dead then you can pick up your assault kit and revive.
5) rinse and repeat.

On a side note Bring the kit you want to boost with there FIRST and then suicide so your kit stays there. Don't have someone kill you as i found that sometimes your kit dissapears.

Not sure you're aware of this but it IS PATCHED. This has been said on atleast the last three pages I believe so. PLEASE read through other pages before posting so you don't do something embarassing. A hem.
