OK, i'm awkwardly confused with this. i understand the part where you type in "crossfire.exe" and choosing the .dll to inject, but what program should i run?

Just run crossfire normaly and put it on auto inject...
If you use an injector set the process name to "crossfire.exe"
If you want to inject without an injector, just rename the hack dll to "sxs.dll", put it into your Crossfire folder and run "cf_patcher.exe"
