Sph4ck's old MW2 Convert

Hulllloooooo! =D

Firsty, sorry, I'm new here but I have done quite a bit of hacking before :P

The old -censored- is practically dead so I decided to make the jump here!

Anyway, OMG mw3 is amazzzing

But, me being my old deviate self, I would love to get into hacking it already.

I'm pretty sure it would be possible to make something work with mw3 out of Sph4ck's mw2 and black ops hack....

Is there anyone already attempting this? Or are there newer and greater heights? :3

"Thanks to the structs/offset thread, I already have a version working, but not all features yet. I merged both MW2 an BO versions.

My only concern is that VAC now knows how to scan it. So I will be publishing no more than sources.

Sph4ck is already on the job? Good to hear. His externals were awesome. Got me to 15 prestige in no time at all. Mix an that awesome bot with double XP and double weapon XP from the token hack and you get awesome sauce.

Since then, I have been in touch with sph4ck and we are working together on a private repository to get a version working.

He's also said the following about VAC::

Hi,
My external hack is now bannable from VAC - they are using hack signatures for external hacks.

The only way to prevent ban is to use some exotic Python version - ideally one you compiled yourself with non-standard options.

That's why I will not publish any packaged hack anymore because it would be too easy for VAC to massively ban.

I don't know for sure what VAC is doing, but:
- they only recognize the hack on pre-determined versions of Python
- they are scanning memory (not EXE on discs) - because running plain unchanged PYTHON.EXE with the scripts makes you banned too

I have a few ideas to help confuse VAC, as well as things to add to the hack, and we're both excited to be working on the project. As the newcomer, however, I will be leaving it completely up to him when he wants to release, and when he thinks its ready. currently its running, but pretty broken and far from complete.
