Crossfire lag

Before CrossFire never laged at all but 1 or 2 days ago it started laging i used to get around 200 to 220 fps now i get 100-120 and my screen freezes for about 3 seconds then in anthor 10 seconds it freezes again any idea of what could be wrong

and i do have Wifi but i no ones stealing it so thats out of the question

Probably they're doing something with servers, testing etc...
And the new patch is coming!

Here is my suggestion:
Well,
Just make sure all background programmes are closed and delete all files/ uninstall programmes that you don´t need. There are many Boosters like "GameBooster" or other Tuning programmes.
In my opinion those programmes don´t help much.
I always:
-Uninstall softwares, that are not necessary
-Clean the registry with any programme (For example: Registry Cleaner)
-Defragment my PC ( I suggest "Disk Defrag"
-Close all background programmes (Also Antivirus if I don´t use a hack)
-Clean my PC ( Programmes, like "CCleaner")

Try Gamebooster Anyway my ping normally is 30 and now sometimes it is 427 -.- its really weird
