I don't know it depends on what you already have installed on your computer.
Try installing Service Pack 2 and if it doesn't work try Service Pack 3.
and if both don't work i dunno.
Try googling prolly more people who have this problem.

I found out, it was the dynamic lighting : ) thx guys anyways

i have that problem, im sure there isn't a way to fix it... its a vista bug... just have to wait for windows 7 to come out i guess... is it a laptop or desktop? because that makes a big difference as well :S

EDIT: I fixed my dynamic lighting... nothing
