Anyone got any tips on reducing lag. i know i checked the tutorials and did everything in them. is this lag just nexon's fault? or my computer

What are your computer specifications?
Lagging by FPS? Or lagging by connections. If FPS get Game Booster or buy a $50 - $100 videocard and you will never lag in Combat Arms in fact you will run Combat Arms with 80+ FPS. If network it could be Nexon or you have a bad internet connections.
