Quick Suggestion.
Hmm, idk, just something i thought of.. well, how about we have this, INSTEAD of posting in the staff requests for new names & title changes, how about we have a feature in our usercp/settings. But the thing is, you how when you try to enter an CA Elite section under 1k posts, it doesn't allow you too.. So we have something similar to that. But it features How many posts you have now, how many posts you need to get a name change / user title. How many posts you have left until your allowed to get a name change/change your title. Next, we get a Suggestions, Requests, & Help minion/staff or whatever we can call it, and anytime a person clicks "Submit," it goes as a report to the minion and once the minion checks it out they can approve it.
