the 3 different sections on the right of the table show different enchantments in a pre release they were unreadable, not sure if that's changed

you can spend endless amounts of time digging to find diamonds collecting lava going to the nether building cauldrons brewing potions chopping wood finding strongholds entering the ender realm killing teh dragon
Then there's all the mods available and the user created maps

Minecraft is coded in Java it's default 8 bit but you can get texture packs from 1 to 512bit
