Quick question regarding level requirements

So quite some time ago there was this evie that had to be hacking joined our weeping queen hero boat one time at level 0 or at level 1 i cant remember.. My question is there anyway or a Command that would allow me to run a dungeon and bypass the level requirment?

And if there was, then only the ones that were in the know would only have it, it would be in lock and key. I.E the Skull and Bones of the higher ups in the hacking community

what do you mean it was a glitch. I remember the boat glitch to load a dungeon from either town, but sadly that was fixed

Never heard of a command doing that.
