i just updated my cf, then when cf started it gave me that error.

That error happened to me too. I just waited 5 minutes and kept trying to run CF and suddenly it worked.
My friend told me to reinstall CF, but it worked without reinstalling CF too.
I could send you the updated Xtrap files and you could replace it with your original ones.
Vs1: VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner
VS2: Xtrap.rar - Jottis Malwarescanner
If it still doesn´t work, you should delete the Xtrap folder and keep trying. That is what i did
