but here the solution...

This could be a possible cause of False Detection of your antivirus programs.

[1] Disable your antivirus program.

[2] Copy "patcher_cf2.exe" on other computer units with working crossfire.

[3] Then paste it on your crossfire folder.

[4] Configure your antivirus settings. Add "patcher_cf2.exe", "crossfire.exe" & "Hgwc.exe" in your antivirus exceptions/exclusions.

- In this way, your antivirus won't detect your crossfire executable files as virus or malicious applications.

[5] Enable your antivirus program.

[6] You can now try launching crossfire.
