How can I add commonds to like certain players Like mods can fly and members can and stuff like that

Use a permissions plugin.

There are tutorials on that, just use Google.

You can give them gamemode 1
So type /gamemode [PlayerName] 1
Although this allows other players to acsess all the blocks and lets them have infinite ammounts of those blocks.
