well it depends what are you getting a jtagged xbox or a flashed xbox but either way both are bannable on xbox live.

but what are your chances of getting banned? or XBL doesnt recognize them

Jtag needs kv's to get online but you easily get banned for going online with one

Flashed well with the new system your flagged and banned so doesnt matter which one your going to get banned

@Versa not entirely correct. If you're safe with your methods, you shouldn't be banned. When you get lazy, you get banned. Keep up with the firmware updates, the Xbox updates, and make sure you follow directions as posted.
I've modded multiple Xbox 360's. I've only had 2 banned; my jtag, and my ooooold Samsung. Reason: didn't update the firmwares.

Thanks for correcting me killian but we still dont know if he is getting a flashed or jtagged xbox

Logically speaking they are modded on the inside so i dont tjink you can restore them but correct me if im wrong @Killian

A flashed console can be restored.
A jtagged console is fairly impossible. Since it is physically modded, such as motherboard soldering, and with the jailbreaking software installed onto your 360 and PC, there's no set method or point in reversing it.
